Overview


3ACredit is a credit and risk management consulting firm that assists European and international companies in navigating business opportunities with Chinese partners.
Challenge


The client’s existing international website, 3acredit.com, was outdated and heavily text-driven, leading to a disengaging user experience. While the Chinese website effectively appealed to its domestic audience, it lacked the modern design and intuitive flow necessary to attract international clients. Our challenge was to create a user-centric and visually appealing platform that communicated 3ACredit’s global reach and expertise, aligning with European design standards while retaining the essence of the brand.

We started with a deep dive into 3ACredit’s existing website, identifying the overwhelming use of dense copy that made the user experience feel sluggish and cluttered. From there, we streamlined the content and reorganized the sitemap, cutting out unnecessary sections to create a more direct and efficient flow. The homepage was reimagined to provide a strong first impression—clearly addressing who 3ACredit is, what they offer, the benefits of their services, and their global reach.
Photography and Colors


We shifted the visual identity of the site from a red-focused palette to cool blue tones, to transmit a sense of trust and safety—qualities essential for an international audience. Each service page was given a distinct accent color, creating differentiation while maintaining a unified brand feel. For the hero imagery, we researched and selected visuals that reflect 3ACredit’s global reach and data handling. These visual choices aligned with the client’s mission to connect European businesses with opportunities in China.
Result


The redesigned 3ACredit website now offers a modern, professional, and clean browsing experience. By streamlining the content and incorporating clear calls-to-action, we encouraged users to explore the services and engage further with the company. This prioritization of accessibility and ease of navigation allows users to quickly identify relevant services and access detailed information without feeling overwhelmed.
